Bananas-cavendish / bunch ( gromisheri iseri )

Fr 3.000

Cavendish Banana is the most widely cultivated commercial banana, from the Musaceae family
(Musa acuminata ‘Cavendish’), native to Southeast Asia and now grown globally. Its plant grows up to
3–5 meters tall with wide leaves that can extend over 2 meters long, spirally arranged on thick
pseudostems. The fruit has a curved shape, smooth yellow skin when ripe, and soft, mildly sweet
flesh. Rich in potassium, vitamin B6, and natural energy-boosting sugars, Cavendish bananas support
cardiovascular health and muscle function. They’re eaten fresh, sliced into cereals, baked into breads,
or blended into smoothies. Keep at room temperature to ripen; refrigerate to slow spoilage. The
fiber-rich peels are also used in organic gardening and composting.
